After revealing the 108MP HM2 sensor in Realme 8 Pro, Realme CEO shared an image on Twitter that contains the retail box of the upcoming Realme 8 and the phone itself. The specifications of the device can be spotted from the box.

Madhav Sheth, Realme CEO, took to his Twitter account and shared a picture with the “Shot on Realme 8 Pro | 108mp” watermark. But, interestingly, the shared picture contains the retail box of Realme’s upcoming Realme 8 smartphone.

The retail box reveals the specification of the Realme 8. The retail box of Realme 8 will be a simple-looking yellow box with “8” printed on the front. At the rear, the key specifications are printed.

The box revealed that the upcoming Realme 8 will feature a 6.4-inch super AMOLED display. Since the refresh rate is not mentioned, it is expected to be 60Hz.

The device is powered by a MediaTek Helio G95 gaming processor. This chipset from MediaTek is constantly compared with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 730G chipset. The Helio G95 confirms that 5G connectivity will not be available with Realme 8. Realme used the Helio G95 chipset in the Realme 7 series last year and also in Narzo 20 series. The performance of the chipset is good and the upcoming Realme 8 is also expected to perform good gaming and handling apps.

The device is expected to be offered in 4GB/6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB internal storage variants.

The box also disclosed that the AI quad-camera will be available at the rear with a 64MP primary sensor. The specification of other cameras is unknown at the moment.

Realme 8 will carry a 5,000mAh massive battery with 30W DART charging. As per the box, the smartphone will be “super slim and light”.

The shared image also featured a mobile phone, with the “Dare to Leap” tagline, which is expected to be Realme 8. Quad-camera setup can be spotted at the back with dual-LED flash at the bottom of the camera module.

Realme 8 is expected to be released, along with Realme 8, in March.
