Realme has already launched two smartphones in the GT line-up- Realme GT and Realme GT Neo. Now, it looks like Realme is working on a third model in the GT line-up and it is reported to be Realme GT Neo Flash Edition. It is expected that the “Flash” term in the name suggests the Flash Charge fast charging technology.

Realme GT Neo launched in China in April and for some reason, features a 50W fast charging for the 4,500mAh battery, despite being a part of the flagship GT line-up. 65W fast charging has been preferred by Oppo and Realme for their flagship smartphones. Now, a tipster on Weibo claims that Realme is developing a new smartphone under the GT line-up with 65W Flash Charge fast charging.

Realme GT Neo Flash Edition Expected Specifications

Realme GT Neo Flash Edition is expected to feature the same specifications as the Realme GT Neo but, with a 65W fast charging. The phone could be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 5G SoC, coupled with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The smartphone will run on Android 11 out-of-the-box with RealmeUI 2.0 on top.

As for the display, it is expected to feature a 6.43-inch Full-HD+ Super AMOLED curved display with a resolution of 1,080 x 2,400 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. The display has a pixel density of 409ppi and an aspect ratio of 20:9. It also carries a punch-hole at the top left corner for the front camera and an in-display fingerprint scanner.

Coming to the cameras, the smartphone offers a triple-camera setup at the rear with a 64MP primary sensor with an f/11.8 lens, an 8MP sensor with an f/2.3 lens for ultra-wide-angle shots, and a 2MP sensor for macro shots. Upfront, a 16MP selfie snapper is placed under the punch-hole.

The mobile phone carries a 4,500mAh battery with 65W Flash Charge fast charging technology. Connectivity options include Bluetooth v5.1, A-GPS, a USB Type-C port for charging, 5G, 4G VoLTE network, and Wi-Fi. Realme GT Neo starts from from CNY 1,799 (approximately Rs. 20,000) for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage base variant.

However, these are leaks and should be taken with a pinch of salt. If the leaks are indeed true, we can expect the smartphone around the last week of this month.
