Realme has launched Realme Q3 series- Realme Q3, Realme Q3i, and Realme Q3 Pro in China. These smartphones are budget-friendly 5G offerings from Realme. The entire line-up sports a triple-camera setup at the rear. The top-end Realme Q3 Pro is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1100 SoC.
Realme Q3 Specifications
Realme Q3 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G octa-core 5G SoC, coupled with Adreno 619 GPU. The processor is backed by up to 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. This is the only smartphone in the series to feature a Snapdragon processor. The smartphone runs on Android 11 out-of-the-box with custom Realme UI 2.0 on top.
Coming to the display, the device comes with a 6.5-inch Full-HD+ display with a resolution of 1,080 x 2,400 pixels, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a 180Hz touch sampling rate. The display has a peak brightness of 600 nits, 405ppi pixel density, and a 90.5 percent screen-to-body ratio.
As for the cameras, the phone sports a triple-camera setup at the rear with a 48MP primary sensor with an f/1.8 lens, an 8MP sensor for ultra-wide-angle shots with f/2.3 aperture, and a 2MP macro shooter with f/2.4 aperture. At the front, a 16MP selfie snapper with f/2.1 aperture is placed under the punch-hole.
The mobile phone carries a 5,000mAh battery with 30W fast-charging support. It ships with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner that is embossed on the power button and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, and a USB Type-C port. The device weighs 189 grams.
Realme Q3 Price
Realme Q3 is offered in two color options- Psychedelic Silver and Sci-Fi Black. It is priced at CNY 1,299 (Rs. 15,000) for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant and CNY 1,399 (Rs. 16,200) for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage option. It is currently up for pre-orders and will hit the Chinese market on April 29.
Realme Q3 Pro Specifications
Realme Q3 Pro is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1100 5G SoC, coupled with ARM G77 MC9 GPU. The CPU is backed by up to 8GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The smartphone runs on Android 11 with custom Realme UI 2.0 on top.
The device comes with a 6.43-inch Full-HD+ display with 1,080 x 2,400 pixels resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 360Hz touch sampling rate. The display has a 91.7-percent screen-to-body ratio and a peak brightness of 600 nits. The display also carries an in-display fingerprint scanner for biometric.
The camera configuration of the device is similar to that of Realme Q3, however, the primary camera in the Pro model is a 64MP sensor, as compared to the 48MP primary sensor in the vanilla model. Upfront, the same 16MP sensor is featured on the pro variant.
The mobile phone packs a 4,500mAh battery with 30W fast-charging support. Connectivity options are the same as that of Realme Q3, however, the 3.5mm headphone jack is missing on the pro variant. It weighs 179 grams.
Realme Q3 Pro Price
Realme Q3 Pro will feature three color options- Electric Blue, Firefly, and Gravity Black. It is priced at CNY 1,799 (Rs. 20,800) for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant and the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage option is priced at CNY 1,999 (Rs. 23,100). This is the most expensive smartphone in the Realme Q3 series. Customers in China can currently pre-order the device and it will go on sale from April 29.
Realme Q3i Specifications
Realme Q3i is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC, coupled with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The smartphone runs on Android 11 with Realme UI 2.0 on top. The device features the same display as the Realme Q3 but with a 90Hz refresh rate instead of a 120Hz refresh rate.
The phone comes with a triple-camera setup a the rear with a 48MP primary sensor, a monochrome sensor, and a macro-shooter. Details regarding the camera module are currently unavailable.
The mobile phone carries a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging. It ships with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Connectivity options are the same as the Realme Q3. The device weighs 185 grams.
Realme Q3i Price
Realme Q3i is offered in two color options- Light Blue and Particle Ash. It starts from CNY 999 (Rs. 11,600) for the 4GB RAM + 128GB storage variant and CNY 1,099 (Rs. 12,700) for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage option. This is the most affordable smartphone in the series. It is already up for grabs in China.
Realme is yet to announce the international availability of the smartphone series.
