Realme GT Neo Expected Specifications

A few days back, a Realme device, with model number RMX3116, was spotted on TENAA and is speculated to be Realme GT Neo. The listing reveals certain specifications of the device.

The Realme GT Neo, for sure, will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1200 octa-core 5G SoC, the most powerful 5G chipset offering from MediaTek. The chipset was unveiled in January this year and Realme GT Neo will be one of the first devices to feature the power-house. The Dimensity 1200 chipset features three ARM Cortex-A78 super cores with a clock speed up to 2.6GHz and four Arm Cortex-A55 efficiency cores that can be clocked up to 2GHz.

RMX3116 TENAA Listing

As per the TENAA listing, the RMX3116( possibly Realme GT Neo) will sport a 6.55-inch display with a punch-hole for the selfie camera. The renders on the website reveal that the display on the device will be curved at the edges. Considering the powerful processor, the device is expected to feature a higher refresh rate display.

The camera specifications of the device are yet to be disclosed by the company. The rear design, from the TENAA listing, features a triple-camera setup. The device is expected to feature a dual-cell 4,400mAh battery with 65W fast-charging technology.

The Realme GT Neo is supposed to be a trimmed-down version of Realme GT 5G, which was recently in China, and is expected to feature different specifications as compared to Realme GT. The Realme GT ships with Snapdragon 888 5G SoC with a 120Hz AMOLED panel. We will get further specifications of the device as the launch is nearing.

Interestingly, Madhav Sheth, Realme India head, has shared on Twitter that a Realme device with MediaTek Dimensity 1200 is coming to India.

It is expected to be either Realme X9 Pro or Realme GT Neo. We have to wait for further official statements from the company.
