Realme has launched Realme Watch 2 in Malaysia. The smartwatch is the successor to last month’s Realme Watch. It comes with 90 sports modes and is claimed to offer 12 days of battery backup. The smartwatch is also equipped with health features like a SpO2 monitor, heart rate monitor, etc.
Realme Watch 2 Specifications
Realme Watch 2 has square-shaped 1.4-inch IPS LCD touchscreen panel with 320 x 320 pixels resolution. The display can be as bright as 600 nits. It is equipped with 100 watch faces to choose from, which is an improvement from the last generation. There is also a new feature of the live watch face. The smartwatch can be paired with Android devices and iOS devices.
The watch can now be used to track 90 sports activities including basketball, boxing, dancing, golf, hiking, indoor cycling, yoga, and many more. The first generation Realme Watch was able to track up to 14 sports activities. It is also equipped with health features like a SpO2 sensor to monitor the blood-oxygen-level, an upgraded PPG (Photoplethysmography) sensor that monitors the heart rate and is calibrated to send an alert if it detects an increased heart rate, Sleep Monitor, and Stress Monitor sensors.
The wearable comes with Smart AIoT control, which can be used to control smart devices like smart lights, ACs, in addition to Realme Buds, Bluetooth speakers, and other appliances. Realme has also offered other features like Hydration Reminder, Camera Control, and Mediation Assistant.
The watch carries a 315mAh battery that comes with a magnetic charger for charging. Realme claims that the battery can deliver 12 days of backup on a single full charge. It ships with IP68-rating for dust and water resistance. It weighs 38 grams.
Realme Watch 2 Price
Realme Watch 2 is offered in a single Black color option. It is priced at MYR 229 (Rs. 4,100) and will be up for grabs in Malaysia soon. The international availability of the smartwatch is yet to be revealed by Realme.

Considering the price range, it will compete with Noise Colorfit Pro 3, which features a 1.55-inch TMT TruView display and comes with health features like SpO2 monitor, heart rate monitor, sleep and stress monitor, carries a 210mAh battery that offers 10 days of battery life, and tracks 14 sports activities, priced at Rs. 4,499.
