Redmi is known for providing smartphones with the best specs at an affordable price. Recently, Redmi has launched Redmi 9A in India which is a successor to Redmi 8A. It has been launched with a large number of updates including a better processor, affordable price and a massive battery.

Coming to the specifications, it features a 6.53-inch IPS LCD display with 720×1600 pixels resolution. There is a 13-megapixels sensor at the back which can record videos at 30/60fps in 1080p quality. For selfies, it has a 5-megapixels sensor at the front. Redmi 9A has been powered by the Helio G25 chipset which is a 12nm processor from MediaTek and is perfect for gaming requirements. Users will get 2GB RAM with an internal storage capacity of 32GB. It will offer a 5000mAh battery. The charging speed is limited to 10W as a result of which it will take time for the battery to get fully charged.

Redmi 9A will feature the latest MIUI 12 based on Android 10. It doesn’t have a fingerprint scanner but it has a face unlock feature. Other features include a 3.5mm audio jack, 4G VoLTE, micro USB, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS and Bluetooth 5.0. It will be available in three colours – Midnight Black, Sea Blue and Nature Green. Redmi 9A has been launched in two variants – 2GB RAM + 32GB which will be priced at Rs. 6,799 and 3GB RAM + 32GB which will be priced at Rs. 7,499. It will be available for purchase on Xiaomi and Amazon stores from 12pm on September 4. Along with this smartphone, Redmi will also release their own earphones at a price of Rs. 399 and will be available for purchase on Amazon and Flipkart from September 7.
