Xiaomi is about to launch the much-anticipated Redmi Note 10 series globally on March 4, ahead of which, an unboxing video surfaced on YouTube from a Pakistan channel revealing the retail box contents and specifications of the vanilla Redmi Note 10. A few days back the retail box of Redmi Note 10 Pro was also leaked.
Redmi Note 10 Leaks
A Pakistan YouTube channel Technology INN recently uploaded an unboxing video of Redmi Note 10 that revealed the key specifications of the device. The video was later made private.
The YouTuber unboxed the 4GB RAM and 128GB internal storage variant offered in Onyx Gray color. It is expected that 6GB RAM and 64GB internal storage options are available. The phone will also be offered in a green color option.
The retail box, along with the Redmi Note 10 mobile phone, carried a 33W power adaptor, a USB-A to USB-C cable, a TPU(Silicon Material) case, and documentations.
The video also revealed the specifications of the device. The Redmi Note 10 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 678 octa-core processor, which confirms 5G. It runs on Android 11 with custom MIUI 12.0.1 on top. The mobile phone has a 6.43-inch AMOLED panel with a punch-hole at the center. The refresh rate of the panel is not confirmed.
The device sports a quad-camera set up at the rear with a 48 MP primary camera with a resolution of 8000×6000 pixels and 10x digital zoom. The camera setup includes a wide-angle and macro lens. A 13MP front camera is placed on the display panel.
The device has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and an IR-blaster. Interestingly, it has a 3.5mm headphone jack. The back of the device is polycarbonate.
The base variant, 4GB+64GB, is expected to be priced at Rs. 14,999 in India. With this price range, it will be a rival of Realme Narzo 30 Pro 5G priced at Rs 16,999 for the 6GB RAM variant.
Redmi Note 10 Pro
Another YouTuber, Sistech Banna, shared the retail box of Redmi Note 10 Pro on his YouTube channel. This revealed various specifications of the device.
The screen wrap on the device discloses that the device is powered by Snapdragon 732G chipset. The device carries a bigger 5,000mAh battery with 30W of fast charging.
The Redmi Note 10 Pro sports a 6.53-inch FHD+ AMOLED dot display. The camera specifications were not clear from the leak, however, it is expected that the device might feature a 64MP or 108MP primary rear camera.
The company revealed that the Redmi Note 10 series will feature a 108MP camera, so it is expected either in Note 10 Pro or Note 10 Pro Max.
Three variants will be offered in terms of RAM and internal storage- 6GB+64GB, 6GB+128GB, and 8GB+128GB. This phone could be available in three different color options: Blue, Black, and Bronze.
The device is expected to be priced at Rs. 20,000. It will face competition from Mi 10i, which was launched last month, priced at Rs. 21,999. All the details regarding the Redmi Note 10 series will be confirmed once it is launched on March 4.
