Samsung Galaxy S10

Samsung‘s next-gen Galaxy S-series is being teased on Flipkart‘s mobile app. The e-commerce website has put up a banner on the app highlighting the date and time of the Samsung Unpacked event.

The date, as highlighted by Flipkart, is February 19 and the time is 12:30 AM as per the Indian Standard Time. Flipkart has also included a ‘Notify Me’ button for users to stay updated with the launch of the devices. Users can also register with their names, mobile number, and email id to receive notifications about the event that is taking place in San Francisco, California.

The banner shows the same image that Samsung used for the invite for the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S10-series smartphones.

The banner on the Flipkart’s mobile app suggests that the devices will soon be available in India through the e-commerce platform.

As per the report by GalaxyClub, the Samsung Galaxy S10-lineup will be available in select markets starting 8 March and might go up for pre-order from 21 February.

The report also adds that in Russia and possibly some other nations, the wireless Samsung Galaxy Buds might be bundle up with the smartphones for users who pre-order the Galaxy S10 smartphones.

In India, however, there is no word about the Galaxy Buds coming in free with the pre-order of the smartphones.

Galaxy Buds are also rumored to charge by being placed on the back of the Samsung Galaxy S10 devices as the devices are coming in with reverse charging feature the like of which we have seen on the Huawei Mate 20 Pro. It is noteworthy to state here that according to Gizmodo, the feature will be called ‘PowerShare’.

Some sources suggest that the Samsung Galaxy S10 smartphones will be priced aggressively in India, starting at ₹50,000 for the Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite, ₹65,000 for the Galaxy S10, and ₹75,000 for the Galaxy S10+.
