Sound One is budget audio equipment brand that is trying to establish its name in the Audio market in India. The company offers a range of wireless and wired audio products including headphones and speakers as well as accessories such as cables and chargers. The latest product the company has launched in India is the Drum portable wireless speaker, which is priced at ₹3,490. The speaker is available for purchase through various online retailers including Amazon, Flipkart, and other key retailers.
The Sound One Drum features Bluetooth 4.2 connectivity and is IPX5 rated for water and dust resistance. In terms of looks, the speaker features a fabric-wrapped exterior covering the two 5W drivers. The speaker supports playback from microSD card and has a microphone that enables hands-free voice calls with a paired device.
The speaker is fueled by a 2,000mAh battery which is touted by the company to last up to 8 hours on a single charge. The controls are accommodated on the top of the speaker along with a fabric ribbon that helps in carrying the speaker around. The speaker weighs 649 grams, and also supports playback through 3.5mm cables and USB. The speaker is currently available on Amazon at a discounted price of ₹1,990.
Sound One recently launched the X60 wireless earphones in India, priced at ₹1,890. The earphones feature a neckband design and are IPX5 rated for water and dust resistance, just like the Sound One Drum speaker.
