Vivo X60 Pro+

Vivo has launched its camera-centric flagship Vivo X60 series- Vivo X60, Vivo X60 Pro, and Vivo X60 Pro+, in India. Vivo X60 and X60 Pro were launched in China in December last year and the top-end X60 Pro+ was launched in January. The smartphones feature higher refresh rates and fast-charging support.

Vivo X60 Specifications

Vivo X60 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 octa-core 5G chipset, paired with up to 12GB LPDDR4x RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. The device runs on Android 11 out-of-the-box with Vivo’s custom Funtouch OS 11.1 on top.

Vivo X60

The device boasts a 6.56-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 1,080 x 2.376 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. The display has a 92.7-percent screen-to-body ratio, 240Hz touch sampling rate, 398 PPI pixel density, and Schott Xensation Up screen protection. The rear glass is Corning Gorilla Glass 6.

As for the camera, the Vivo X60 features a triple-camera setup at the rear with a 48MP Sony IMX598 primary sensor with OIS(Optical Image Stabilization) and f/1.79 lens, a 13MP sensor with an f/2.2 lens, and another 13MP sensor with an f/2.46 lens. At the front, a 32MP sensor is placed under the punch-hole on the display.

The device carries a 4,200mAh battery with 33W FlashCharge fast-charging technology. The display also supports the in-display fingerprint scanner. Connectivity options like dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.1, and a USB Type-C port are on offer.

Vivo X60 Color Options

The Vivo X60 is offered in two color options- Midnight Black and Shimmer Blue. The 8GB + 128GB storage configuration costs Rs. 37,990 and the 12GB + 256GB storage model is priced at Rs. 41,990.

Considering the price range, it will compete with Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro, which features a 108MP triple-camera setup, 144Hz refresh rate, powered by Snapdragon 865 5G SoC, and a 5,000mAh battery, priced at Rs. 37,999.

Vivo X60 Pro Specifications

Vivo X60 Pro and Vivo X60 share almost similar specifications with minor differences. They have the same display and processor. As for the camera, the Vivo X60 Pro features a triple-camera setup at the rear with a 48MP Sony IMX598 sensor with Gimbal stabilization and an f/1.48 lens. The other two cameras are the same as that of the vanilla model. The front camera is also the same 32MP sensor.

Vivo X60 Pro

The device carries the same-sized battery and the same 33W FlashCharge fast-charging support. Connectivity options are also the same as the Vivo X60.

The device is offered in two color options- Midnight Black and Shimmer Blue. The sole 12GB + 256GB storage model is priced at Rs. 49,990.

Considering the price, it will rival the Xiaomi Mi 10 5G, which is powered by Snapdragon 865, 90Hz curved AMOLED panel, and 108MP quad-rear cameras, starting from Rs. 49,999.

Vivo X60 Pro+ Specifications

The top-of-the-line Vivo X60 Pro+ is powered by a flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G chipset, paired with up to 12GB LPDDR4x RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. The device runs on Android 11 with Funtouch 11.1 on top.

The device has the same display as the other models in the series. As for the camera, the Vivo X60 Pro+ sports a quad-camera setup at the rear with a 50MP GN1 sensor with OIS and f/1.57 lens, a 48MP Sony IMX598 sensor with Gimbal stabilization and f/2.2 lens, a 32MP sensor with an f/2.08 lens, and an 8MP sensor with an f/3.4 lens. Upfront, the same 32MP selfie snapper is placed under the punch-hole.

Vivo X60 Pro+

The device carries a similar 4,200mAh battery with 55W FlashCharge fast-charging support. Connectivity options like NFC, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.2, and a USB Type-C port are offered. The in-display fingerprint scanner is built into the AMOLED panel.

The Vivo X60 Pro+ is offered in Emperor Blue vegan leather finish and the sole 12GB + 256GB storage variant is priced at Rs. 69,990.

At this price range, it will compete with Samsung Galaxy S21 5G, which is powered by Exynos 2100 octa-core processor and triple-camera setup, priced at Rs. 69,999.

The Vivo X60 series is now available for pre-booking and will hit the market on April 2.
