Xiaomi India’s COO, Muralikrishnan B says” Mi Commerce is a specially designed platform. That caters to the needs of our offline retail partners. In the current COVID-19 scenario and it is Xiaomi’s first step towards a longer-term Omnichannel strategy. This special initiative is built to ensure ease of purchase, keep partners and customers safe, and foster business continuity. However, we are especially proud that this is a future-ready experience. That enable our users and retail partners in the post-COVID world”.

Even the company has also got permission to open some of its manufacturing units and will resume the operations soon. Recently, Lockdown has been relaxed in some regions across the country where COVID-19 spread is less.

However, recent research reveals that Xiaomi is in 1st position in terms of shipment of smartphones. The rest of the position is followed by Vivo, Oppo, and Samsung. Many tech analysts believe that Xiaomi will still be on the 1st for the rest of the year.
