Beginning February 5, the restrictions on the Atlantic City casinos would be loosened and it would be required to follow lesser COVID-19 restrictions.

The governor of New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy announced that 10pm night curfew of indoor food and beverage service would be lifted and the services would be restored.

While the indoor capacity of the restaurants has been allowed to increase from 25 percent to 35 percent, the Bar seating remains on hold.

The operating capacities for casinos and gaming floors has also been increased to 35 percent so as to accommodate more people. This implies that the three horse racetracks could continue serve the customers post 10 pm during this Sunday’s Super Bowl LV.
