The site of a former Clarion Hotel is now set to be turned to a new hotel in Las Vegas. The new Majestic Las Vegas Hotel is set to start its construction from July 2021 on the said site.

The new tower to the skyline of Las Vegas would be added after completion, which is expected to take three years.

It is going to be a luxury option for the tourists who prefer non-gaming activities in the city of Vegas.

The project is the idea of developer Lorenzo Doumani who had received green light for his project in 2019 itself. However, due to onset of COVID-19 the project could not take off.

The property will offer 720 rooms with 35 corporate suites. There would be no gaming zone and a medical spa is being reported to be constructed.

As per CalvinAyre.com, the price tags would range from $10 million to $100 million and the total construction would cost approximately $850 million. The suites located on the top floors would be used for conventions, expos, meetings or other events designated by the suite’s owner.

Doumani belives that the diverse approach to step into non-gaming business with offerings such as conventions, conferences etc. is going to be the new attraction in Las Vegas.
