The Swedish online casino company, Evolution Gaming intends to acquire online slot machine developer, Big Time Gaming.
To this end, the company has entered into agreement with the slot developer which entails about $535 million in cash and Evolution shares.
As per Gambling.com, Big Time Gaming has become renowned for its popular slot titles such as Bonanza, Extra Chilli and Game Mechanic Megaways, incorporating over 200 games.
Evolution Chairman Jens von Bahr said: “With the addition of Big Time Gaming to our portfolio of slot brands we strengthen our strategic position as the leading provider of digital casino games in the world.”
He added: “Big Time’s focus on innovation and creating unique playing experiences is a great fit with our culture and mind-set at Evolution. We look forward to continuing our journey together”, as reported by Gambling.com.
