As per the reports, Flutter Entertainment is considering to go for Initial Public Offering (IPO) for FanDuel.

The hint of the same was given in last month in mid-March when Peter Jackson, CEO of Flutter Entertainment has said: “In the U.S., we continue to lead the market with revenue of almost $400 million in the quarter. We believe that the quality and breadth of our offering remains a key differentiator for FanDuel sports and the key driver of our leadership position.”

As per gambling.com, he had added: “We are continuing to consider our options with respect to a possible U.S. listing of a small shareholding of FanDuel Group. No decision has been made at this time and we will update the market as appropriate.”

Notably, Flutter Entertainment owns Bet and PokerStars along with FanDuel. However, the company expressed no such intention to initiate an IPO for former of the three.

Flutter said it was considering an IPO to determine FanDuel’s market value or will let financial intuitions determine the number.
