Galaxy Entertainment Group (GEG) has expressed of its plans to launch a new project in Macau.

The Phase 4 of the project named Galaxy Macau Phase 4 is estimated to cost around MOP13.01bn ($1.63bn).

The construction will take around three years for completion amd would be constructed in partnership with China State Construction International Holdings Ltd.

The Galaxy Group, according to Gambling Insider report, stated: “The Group has been proceeding with the development and expansion of the current footprint in Macau, and continuously reviewing and refining plans to ensure a world-class optimal development. Cotai Phase 4 has been one of our key development projects.”

Notably, the Phase 3 of the GEG’s project which features 1,500 hotel rooms, additional casino areas and an arena with 16,000 seats, is set to be launched soon.
