Intouch Gaming Limited has been fined by the Gambling Commission for social responsibility, money laundering and marketing failures.

The fine that has been imposed upon the company amounts to £3.4m ($4.7m).

Various sites operated by the group have also been given a warning by the Commission. The websites are- bonusboss.co.uk, cashmo.co.uk, casino.mfortune.co.uk, and casino2020.co.uk.

Additionally, Intouch Games has been directed to appoint a firm of independent auditors to carry out an audit that ensures full compliance with the Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice.

“Through our challenging compliance and enforcement activity we will continue our work to raise standards in the industry and continue to hold failing operators to account,” said Commission executive director Richard Watson, according to report by Gambling Insider.
