Harrah’s casino has launched a digital craps table on the Las Vegas Strip, the first of its kind in Nevada.

The game is hybrid game which allows the players to roll dice on an electronic table simultaneously providing digital information about the game in progress.

The game is called “Roll to Win Craps,” and is developed by Aruze Gaming America Inc. The table minimizes touchpoints in the COVID-19 era.

The table allows maintaining barriers keeping COVID-19 in mind and separates the players by plexiglass barriers providing them the option to manage their bets with the help of an individual screen at their station.

The table recently was put into use at Harrah’s Las Vegas on the east side of the Strip.

Aruze President Rob Ziems said: “The table design was underway before the onset of the coronavirus pandemic. However, the game has COVID-19 safety benefits, including minimal touchpoints. By letting players learn at their own pace, we are helping a new generation of players discover how exciting a great craps roll can be.”
