Harrahs’ New Orleans, the property owned by the Caesars Entertainment is set to be renovated.

It is also going to get a new name- Caesars New Orleans.

The operator is set to spend $325 million on the resort renovation ad would also add a new tower to the property.

The renovation is expected to be completed by 2024 provided that the development is approved by the city of New Orleans and the Louisiana Gaming Control Board.

According to report by Calvin Ayre, Chief Executive Officer Tom Reeg said: “As the only land-based gaming operator in the city, we take great pride in our 20-year history in New Orleans, and this reinvestment is a testament to our continued commitment.”

He added, “We are excited to introduce Caesars New Orleans to the city.”
