The license to operate of two Malta gaming operators has been cancelled by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA).

The both CZ Trading Limited and Cyberslotz Services Malta Limited have allegedly breached MGA’s Gaming Compliance and Enforcement Regulations.

The authorizations of both the companies stood suspended from June 17, 2021 for violating regulation 9 (1), which concerns with obligation to discharge financial commitments and payment of debts in timely manner.

The Gambling Insider reported statement from the MGA regarding CZ Trading Limited, as: “The Authorised Person is thus no longer authorised to carry out any gaming operations, register new players or accept new customer deposits, but is required to retain and provide all registered players with access to their player accounts, to refund all funds standing to the credit of players in line with the applicable law and to settle all outstanding fees that are due to the Authority immediately.”

Both the operators have been directed to not carry out any gaming operations further and discharge their financial obligations.
