Nektan, the Gibraltar-based supplier, is facing the heat of the Gambling Commission. The Commission has suspended the license of the company stating the breach of the license conditions.
The Commission stated that company operated inconsistently with the agreement and that it is not suitable to hold the license.
The breach and activities were not in compliance of the section 118 (2) of tge Gambling Act, 2005.
As per Gambling Insider, the Gambling Commission said: “We have made it clear to the operator that it must communicate effectively with its customers and that the suspension does not prevent it paying out winnings.”
