Mobile games platform Skillz is all set to use the Aarki’s advertising capabilities to expand its reach in the mobile gaming industry by acquiring the marketing platform for $150m.
Skillz has signed the agreement to fully acquire Aarki for $150m in cash and stock with the deal expected to get closed on third quarter of 2021.
