Sportradar Integrity Services (SIS), the sports data provider has inked deal with Hero Indian Super League (HSIL) to monitor the football matches and prevent illegal gambling in the sport.
SIS in an organization that is responsible for detecting match-fixing issues in various sports and has already established its foothold in the country.
SIS has previously collaborated with BCCI, Indian Super League and the Pro Kabaddi League to ensure integrity in the sports.
This time, HSIL has renewed its partnership with SIS by extending the deal to multi years.
According to a report by CalvinAyre, Andreas Krannich, the Managing Director of SIS, while announcing the deal-renewal with Hero ISL, said: “Hero ISL renewing its partnership with us only shows how committed they are towards maintaining integrity in the game and proactive towards the growth of football in the subcontinent. As a global leader in sporting integrity, we want to continue to provide our expertise and help protect the tournament against all integrity-related issues.”
