Just recently we talked about Apex Legends’ upcoming Wraith-themed event. We have seen in the past how creative Respawn Entertainment has been when rolling out for its very famous title ‘Apex Legends’. Yet again Respawn is all set to offer something to cheer up, with the highly anticipated ‘Voidwalker Event’ as it goes live today. The Voidwalker event debuts today, Sept. 3, at 12 pm CT.
Similar to the recent Iron Thrown Event getting a solo mode of its own, Voidwalker Event will also last for a few weeks. The new event brings in a new Wraith Town Takeover, limited-time ‘Armed and Dangerous’ mode, and additional in-game challenges. Let’s briefly discuss what the Voidwalker Event has to offer:
Just like the Iron Crown Event introduced a solo mode in the game, similarly, Voidwalker Event too is bringing its own mode named ‘Armed and Dangerous’. This mode is quite similar to the Sniper-only mode in PUBG Mobile, therefore, the only weapons available will be a Sniper Rifle and a Shotgun. “Overall loot is much harder to come by,” according to Respawn.
Furthermore, a new Wraith–themed town will be available where players can battle irrespective of the mode you will get access to Wraith Town Takeover location. We will get to witness remnants of Project: Wraith and a portal that’ll send players on their way.
