Borderlands 3 made its first appearance at E3 2019 during Microsoft’s press conference on June 9. After months of anticipation, Borderlands 3 finally released on PCPS4 and Xbox One on September 13th. But the game is already facing bugs and issues wherein a loot bug location spawns a guaranteed Loot Tink, or a bandit treasure goblin, that spits out legendary gear by the gobful. However,  a hotfix has arrived, thereby reducing Mayhem Mode loot. The hotfix isn’t the only good news for the fans as Borderlands 3 is getting a Halloweenthemed event, Bloody Harvest, next month.

It was during the inauguration of The Borderlands Show when Creative Director Paul Sage announced that Borderlands 3’s upcoming Halloweenthemed event, Bloody Harvest will arrive next month. This event will be the first of several free, limited-time events that will be coming to the game alongside a new boss, Captain Haunt who is the Baron of Bloody Harvest.

Once the vent kicks-off, you will see a saurian named Maurice taking up residence aboard Sanctuary III. Moreover, you will come across haunted enemies which will ensure your entry into the event once you’ve enough Hecktoplasm. These enemies have the ability to nerf gun accuracy and handling with your game screen covered by mist. This is the so-called Terror mechanic, these haunted enemies bring with them. A new set of cosmetic items is also very likely to be present.

Borderlands 3 Bloody Harvest will be released in October alongside Borderlands 2 VR will be released on October 22.
