725 shogun nerf

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare was a huge hit back in 2007 when it intrigued the gaming community with its fascinating storyline and gameplay. On October 25th, Modern Warfare which is a re-imagined version of 2007 classic officially rolled out. Just a couple of days back, a new Call of Duty: Modern Warfare update added a number of fixes and tweaks that will help improve stability and minimize the likelihood of game crashes. However, the 725 shotgun was too overpowered and fans were requesting a nerf. Recently, Infinity Ward addressed the issue in the latest update 1.07. But it seems like the 725 shotgun needs a few more nerfs.

Joe Cecot, a co-design director discovered that another tweak is coming which will further address the long-range issue of the 725 Shotgun shot. However, if the victim is at low health, the Shotgun will always reach out. You can check out the tweet by Joe Cecot below:

In another tweet, Cecot said Infinity Ward is carefully monitoring that any changes it plans for the 725 shotgun don’t impact the “soul” of the weapon. He also confirmed that Infinity Ward has no plans to simply remove the 725 from the game. “No,” he said.
