The total death decides the ranking of players. The watch displays the number of kills and deaths you have in-game. The watch adds a hidden stat during the game. The stat has been absent from the multiplayer team matches.
The watch is available in the Modern Warfare in-app store and it is for a limited period and after that the watch will disappear. The studio has not said anything about the return of the watch. They watch may ot return in the future.
