red-redemption 2 PC title update

Rockstar Games, as many of you, must be familiar, is the brain behind the very famous title GTA(Grand Theft Auto) series. Rockstar Games finally launched the PC version of Red Dead Redemption 2 after the news came in wherein the Australian  Classification Board rated the title MA15+ on its website for a PC version. Red Dead Redemption 2 is the sequel of the game with the same name. The story of the game follows the event of the decline of the American frontier in the year 1911. The game allows the players to play in western America. While Mexico had a big part in the first game, the second part does not have any Mexico map. But recently, a data miner found some hidden Mexico maps in Red Dead Redemption 2.

A data miner on the GTA Forums, VideoTech UK, did some digging in the game with version 1.0 of the PS4. He found some 3D models of different towns in Mexico City. According to the data miner, most of the models have been disabled. It looks like they’re very low-detail, providing a basic shape for the towns. Familiar locations like Chuparosa and Sepulcro seem to be included.  These models are very simple, likely intended to govern the general layout. Models appear in the lowest quality level-of-detail available, with no references to higher-quality assets.

In addition, another data miner, Wildbrick142, recently discovered “references to map region outlines” for Mexico locations in data for the game’s minimap. The Data miner does not confirm if the Mexico Map will be added to Red Dead Redemption 2 in future
