Fortnite introduces a new set of challenges and rewards every Thursday. Currently, Fortnite is in Chapter 2 Season 2 which started on 15th October after the game went into a black hole as the Season 10 ended. And now, dataminers seems to have gotten their hands onto the Chapter 2 Season 2 release date.
According to a well-renowned data miner @Lucas7Yoshi, the new season will arrive just in time for Christmas. Since it’s time for Christmas, a Christmas themed Season 2 is very likely possible. It looks like snow may be on the way once more for 14 Day of Fortnite, similar to the previous year. According to Epic Games, Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 1 ends on December 12, 2019. Once the ongoing season ends, we can expect the new season to start on Thursday, December 12 since Epic usually releases new updates and Battle Pass on Thursdays.
Epic Games has acted unusually, very silent with the updates of Chapter 2 Season 1. But Epic might change things with the arrival of Christmas and announce something big for the new season. However, these are just speculations for now and nothing can be said until an official announcement is made.
