As I have said earlier also Epic Games has been really creative when rolling out new crossover events for its famous title ‘Fortnite‘. Just recently, Fortnite was reported to be coming up with a Borderlands 3 crossover, which starts on September 13th. And now, Epic Games is yet again flaunting a new crossover and this time it is with Hollywood Horror-thriller, IT Chapter 2.
The news comes from well-renowned Fortnite data miners ‘FortTory’ and ‘HYPEX’. Even though there hasn’t been an official confirmation from the producers yet but judging by ‘FortTory’s’ track record, he has been pretty accurate with the leaks. Just a few days back, ‘FortTory’ leaked about a new item ‘Zapper Trap’ along with other updates, guess what he was right about it too.

Coming onto the new crossover, many players have reported seeing red balloons, spread all over the map. Moreover, if a player interacts with the balloons they are treated with a creepy laugh. This clearly hints at a probable FortnitexIT chapter 2 crossover as the movie hit the screens earlier yesterday on September 6. We can further expect access to Pennywise skin alongside his amazing dance as an emote.
Even in the past, we have seen Epic Games coming up with exciting crossover events like Thanos from Avengers making a way into the game with his own limited-time mode, a Fortnite and Stranger Things crossover. So, yes even if we have no official announcement but this FortnitexIT crossover looks very likely to happen.
