Epic Games is a big fan of introducing pop-culture into its famous Battle Royale title, Fornite. Recently, Fortnite introduced ‘Area 51 themed skin‘ owing to the famous Storm Area 51, They Can’t Stop Us All‘ meme. Then a FortnitexBatman crossover was speculated to honor the iconic superhero’s 80th anniversary and it is finally here now and brings a set of new challenges. One of the challenges which I discussed recently requires you to locate Bat Signals and light them up. Another interesting challenge which we will discuss now asks you ‘To Defuse Joker Gas Canisters’. Here’s what you need to do to complete the challenge:
Where To Find The Joker Gas Canister Locations?
With Bat Signals challenge, the best thing was that they appeared at the same exact spot in every match. But with the Joker canisters, they don’t appear in the same spot every match. However, the good news is this that they spawn in specific regions. Moreover, the Joker canisters can be used only once in every match, unlike the Bat signals which are reusable. So if you are looking for the Joker canisters you can start from Lucky Landing, Salty Springs, and the new Gotham City Rift Zone.
Similar to the Bat Signals, you need to diffuse three Joker canisters. Here are some locations for you:
How To Complete The Challenge
In order to complete the challenges, you need to interact with the canisters to diffuse them. Since the Joker canisters are region-specific, you can simply deactivate all three of them within the same area. Similar to Bat Signal challenge, on completion, you’ll earn 10 Battle Stars, further advancing closer to unlocking the Catwing Glider.
Fortnite’s Batman challenges are available until October 1. You can even purchase Batman Caped Crusader Pack from Fortnite’s in-game store until October 6, which includes two different Batman outfits, a Batwing-styled glider, and a Batman-themed harvesting tool. Fortnite Season 10 is scheduled to end on October 6 and if we are to believe the rumors, the new Season 11 might bring a new map.
