Halloween comes early to Overwatch. Since, the yearly event early as always drops on October 13th. Hence, it also has the list of unlocks.

The time-limited event runs upto November 3rd from October 13th. Halloween Terror 2020 will come with all of last year’s assortment of skins. And it’s also getting new and spooky D.Va, Sigma, Brigitte, Echo and Sombra skins. Not gonna lie, Halloween Echo looks especially creepy. This is based off the tweet by @PlayOverwatch.

It seems apparent that Junkenstein’s Revenge will be making a comeback this year as well. That is a PvE game mode where you and your mates fight against Dr. Junkenstein and his horde of Zomnics. There’s the bot-controlled Halloween boss-enemies as well. They are Reaper, Roadhog, Symmetra, Mercy, and last but not the least – Junkrat.

Quoting from the Wiki, the Zomnics were created by Junkenstein for the Lord of Adlersbrunn who saw them as mere trinkets, and “nothing more than slaves.” Junkenstein could not handle this criticism, so to prove his worth he aimed to create true life, however his attempts were all unsuccessful. Only when he made a deal with the Witch of the Wilds did he finally bring his monster to life, and soon he had the Halloween creature destroy the town and all those who ridiculed him.

If it’s to be like last year, each week of the Overwatch event there will be prizes for a definite number of wins in quick play, arcade, or competitive mode. Three wins will fetch an icon, six wins for a spray, and hit the niner for a skin. Oh, and did you know Steam’s Halloween sale also starts on October 29th!
