Microsoft has once again continued with its tradition to offer Xbox Live Gold members four free games every month. Today Microsoft has announced free games for September and it includes Hitman: The Complete First Season along with Earth Defense Force 2025, We Were Here and Tekken Tag Tournament 2. However, if you aren’t a Gold member, you can purchase an Xbox Live Gold subscription through Amazon.
These free games are available for free download on both Xbox One and Xbox 360. Xbox Live membership is a must to play the Xbox One games but Xbox 360 doesn’t demand any subscription and the games are yours once you redeem them.

- Hitman: The Complete First Season (September 1-30)
- We Were Here (September 16-October 15)
Xbox 360 (compatible with Xbox One):
- Earth Defense Force 2025 (September 1-15)
- Tekken Tag Tournament 2 (September 16-30)
This comes as good news for all the Xbox owners out there as all the four games promise to offer a great gaming experience and including the in the Xbox Gold pack is something that’s even more interesting as they will be available for free.
