Most of the Hollywood movie fans must be familiar with the epic ‘Star Wars‘ series. For those who don’t know, Star Wars is a space opera media franchise which first released back in 1977. So here is an exciting news for all the Star Wars fans, Warner Bros. Interactive, The Lego Group, and Lucasfilm have announced that they are working together on a Star Wars game named ‘LEGO Star Wars Battle’, exclusively for mobile devices. The game is expected to arrive sometime in 2020. However,  even if you aren’t a ‘Star Wars’ fan but love strategy games, this one is surely for you. Moreover, the game is being developed for both iOS and Android devices.

TT Games Brighton studio head Jason Avent said: “We hope players will enjoy the unique combination of LEGO Star Wars with deep strategy in deck building and innovative territory capture by constructing LEGO towers.”

Lego Star Wars Battles will be a mix up of all the nine saga films, Star Wars: Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, and the acclaimed Star Wars: The Clone Wars animated series. Players will be able to battle as one of their favorite characters from the series such as Luke Skywalker, Rey, Darth Vader, and many other familiar characters, in real-time. The will further feature space vehicles and warships like AT-ATs and the Millenium Falcon. The producers also announced that the game is a strategy game which involves building LEGO towers in order to defend yourself from enemies and also capture territories. The game will be free-to-play however, it will come with in-app purchases.

As we all know, the Star Wars movie series has been an epic series and it will be really interesting to see how the mobile game performs especially when mobile gaming is at the rise.
