MClassic USB graphics processor

MClassic, as we all know, is first ever plug-and-play graphics processor. MClassic’s arrival will be a revolution for the gaming industry as it allows even console gamers to boost console performance and visuals just like the PC gamers do. It is more or less like a  PC graphics card but without the need to modify your game console. Marseille Inc is crowdfunding the mClassic wherein the company started with an initial goal of $50,000, and it has already raised more than $170,000 from nearly 2,000 backers.

How the MClassic works:

Mclassic is an HDMI dongle with an integrated graphics processor used to improve a connected device’s video output with upscaling, anti-aliasing, and other post-processing technologies. Marseille Inc even posted on the project’s Indiegogo page that mClassic supports upscaling to 1440p at 60 frames per second (fps) with the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch; it can also upscale Blu-ray content to 4K resolution at 24fps.

However, the most notable feature is its support for retro consoles. It is compatible with anything that offers HDMI output. Furthermore, MClassic’s high-resolution display will supposedly help games played on retro consoles improve tremendously offering up to 1440p display.

Here’s a video showing how the MClassic improves the visual qualities:
