Recently, NetherRealm Studios unveiled a new set of DLC characters that are making their way into Mortal Kombat 11 via the Kombat Pack and then it celebrated Halloween with Masquerade Skin Pack. The skin pack had skins for Jade (‘Wicked Witch Jade’), Kabal (‘Psyko Killer Kabal’) and Liu Kang (‘Calavera Liu Kang’). The studio even added new brutalities for the Thanks Giving. And now, Mortal Kombat 11 is getting a new Holiday event. The holiday events will take place in 3 parts: The Winter Wonderland from 22nd – 27th December, and Ring in the New Year from the 28th to 2nd January.
Winter Wonderland Tower event will have three Towers with holiday-themed modifiers in the form of falling Killer Kanes, Sledding Tarkatans, Parachuting Ginger Deadmen, Exploding Snowmen, Christmas Trees, Menorahs, Dreidels and Shooting Stars.
Ring in the New Year Tower event will have three Towers allowing players to usher in the new decade with party-themed modifiers, including a Disco Ball, Champagne Bottles, Party Poppers, Fireworks, and a Digital Countdown Clock to ring in the new year.
The new events will be available to play with the Mortal Kombat 11 Kombat pack. All the DLC characters will also be available for the new event.
