With the advent of Cloud Gaming, there seems to be a new war in the gaming industry. All the big players like MicrosoftGoogleAMDNvidiaSony are coming up with new gaming tech announcements every day. The day isn’t far when we will be witnessing Cloud Gaming in the professional gaming platform too. As for now, the latest news comes from NVIDIA as leaks suggest that NVIDIA’s next-gen Ampere GPU will launch in 1H 2020.

If we are to believe the rumours, Nvidia’s next-gen GPUs will be named after 30 series for the RTX series, thereby, following the nomenclature as RTX 3060, RTX 3070, RTX 3080 and RTX 3080 Ti. Moreover, Nvidia is planning to improve the ray tracing the performance and offer a performance boost of 1080p 60 fps, which is currently the around the upper limit of the RTX 2080 Ti.

Furthermore, the rumours suggest that the new GPUs will be based on12 nm-based Turing architecture and will be dubbed as Ampere. They are believed arrive in the first half of year 2020.

However, these are just rumours and speculations for now and we will have to wait and see what the new year 2020 has in store for us gaming fans with all the hype around next-gen consoles.
