Just a couple of days back, Sony delisted Drive from its PS Store. It seems like Sony is well-preparing in advance for its upcoming next-gen console as it continues to cut down online games from PS3′s library, thereby, showing its intention to tie up PS3 related services before another set of servers launch for next-gen. In a similar attempt, Sony has decided to take a bold step and is ending the support for multiplayer servers for Uncharted 2: Among ThievesUncharted 3: Drake’s Deception, and The Last of Us today.

Sony already announced back in June that the multiplayer servers for these three will soon be shut down. As an act of good gesture, Sony made DLC for all the three games free to download. However, PS3 owners still have some time left to satisfy their urge to play the beloved Naughty Dog’s trio for one last time. After that, the only place to encounter any PS3-era multiplayer will be in The Last of Us Remastered on PS4, since Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection removed the arrangement’s multiplayer inside and out.
