PUBG-Mobile-Star-Challenge-2019

Just recently Top Esports from China lifted the PMCO Spring Split Global Finals 2019 trophy in Berlin, Germany and yet again PUBG Mobile is back with an exciting PUBG Mobile Star Challenge Global Tournament. The tournament is scheduled for 7th and 8th of September and is being held at the Taipei Heping Basketball Stadium, Taiwan. The tournament features most of the top teams that played the PMCO Spring Split Global Finals 2019 but with a new member added to each team. The new members are the top content creators on Youtube from all around the world. Initially, 32 content creators were selected out of which only 16 advanced forward. The 16 content creators were selected via voting which was held during the first week of July on the official PMSC website. The voting is still underway and whoever gets the most votes will be awarded the most popular title at the grand finals.  Let’s us briefly discuss what the PMSC 2019 has to offer us:

Teams:

A total of 16 teams will be participating in the tournament with each team featuring a top content creator. Here’s a list of teams participating in the tournament:

  3. ARXY and Team Unique
  4. Alice and Team Secret
  5. Garebooo and Team IND
  6. Bulshark and Evos Esports
  7. The Rawknee and Team Soul

  9. Kronten and Elite Gaming
  10. Rollexxx and Spacestation Gaming
  11. DITA and Bigetron Esports
  12. Mitchel and ARG
  13. Dynamo and Sixty Nine Team
  14. KISIL and GC Busan
  15. Kenboo and RRQ Athena
  16. K7 and Brazilian Killers

Date/Time and Venue:

PUBG Mobile Star Challenge 2019 is scheduled to take place on 7th and 8th of September  from 11am CT onwards and will be held at Taipei Heping Basketball Stadium, Taiwan.

Where to Watch:

The tournament will be streamed live on PUBG Mobile’s official youtube channel where you can catch all the live-action and cheer for your favourite team.

The tournament will be streamed in the following languages:

English stream will be commentated by Wolfy, ChuChu, Powerbang, and Dontra. 8-Bit Thug from India will be the official Hindi caster of the tournament.

Prize Pool:

PMSC 2019 has a prize pool of $250,000.

What’s more exciting for Indian fans is they get to see Team Soul once again playing together after they split up post PMCO Spring Split Global Finals 2019. It will be really interesting to see how each team performs with the inclusion of a new player in the team and how it affects the team chemistry, rotations, and other ingame tactics.
