The holiday season is ending and Pokemon: Sword and Shield is celebrating it with free gifts. The free gifts include a free Gigantamax Meowth and a handful of rare Pokemon balls. The mystery gift in question is a sizeable 20 Battle Points that trainers can spend at the Battle Tower to help their competitive play. These free points can be earned by 30th January.
To receive the free Battle Points, you’ll need to select Mystery Gift from the games’ menu and follow the steps below:
- Select Mystery Gift from the menu screen
- Select Get a Mystery Gift
- Select Get Gift via Code/Password
- Follow the prompts to connect online
- Input the download code G1GANTAMAX when prompted
The aforementioned rare Poke Balls can be unlocked tilll 15th january. The Gigantamax Meowth which is unavailable in the game can also be unlocked in this period. The last date to unlock Meowth is 15th jan.
