Apex Legends since its arrival back in February this year has been a hot topic among gamers. Many professional players and streamers have been seen playing the game quite frequently and critics have further praised the game for its gameplay, progression system, and integration of elements from a variety of genres. But it seems the game is going to get even better with the arrival of Season 3 as Respawn Entertainment has politely requested in an invite to its upcoming season 3 preview for the battle royale game: skilled players only. Well, this sounds really interesting as it clearly means that Respawn is trying to say “Noobs kindly stay at home.”

“Competition will be high and we ask that you send your best Champion of the Arena to battle it out with players who’ve climbed up ranked mode over the last six months,” reads the invite from Respawn’s public relations team.

Respawn included the ranking system in Season 2 and it seems like season 3 is going to be even more competitive. The Apex Legends preseason invitational kicks off on September 13th, hosted by Respawn itself in Poland with a $500,000 prize pool. This further suggests that there’s going to be streamers, gaming celebrities, and other professional and skilled players at the event, all competing against one another. Therefore, it seems quite right from Respawn’s end, warning outlets to send skilled players.

We still aren’t sure as to what Respawn has in store for players in the Season 3 but it surely sounds intriguing and we can’t wait to see.
