It seems like more happy days for GTA fans are coming soon and we might soon get an official release date as Rockstar seeks the help of a local studio ‘Ruffian Games’.  Ruffian Games who have worked with Rockstar on “Grand Theft Auto” and “Manhunt” posted a job listing for various posts including roles such as UI engineers and graphics engineers, recently.

Ruffian Games has previously worked with Rockstar on “Grand Theft Auto” and “Manhunt.” The job posting lists a number of vacancies, including roles such as UI engineers and graphics engineers.

The studio further announced that it is searching for developers with hands-on experience in multiplayer action games for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and future gaming consoles both at junior as well as senior levels. The post also reads that these are permanent positions for the development of titles that are already in production currently. Even though the studio didn’t reveal the games they are involved in currently but it is quite clear that the games under Rockstar banner that could be in production are “GTA 6” and “Bully 2.”

Based on the description, it sounds like Ruffian will be involved with the development of multiplayer features of the titles. Moreover, the ad also suggests cross-generation support, meaning that the next GTA should be available on PS4 and Xbox One, as well as PS5 and Xbox Scarlett.
