Rainbow Six Seige

Ubisoft’s has finally introduced a Battle Pass for its famous title Rainbow Six: Seige. The battle pass will give players new opportunities to unlock cosmetics, renown boosters, and new operator lore. Ubisoft unveiled the gameplay footage and other visuals at the Six Major Raleigh Invitational for Rainbow Six Siege where the new Ember Rise Operators–Amaru and Goyo was announced.

The first phase started as a free “Mini Battle Pass” wherein players earn Battle Points using which, they can unlock tiers and all-important rewards. The main focus, however, is the paid tier arriving in the fourth season.

The third season, Operation Ember Rise showcases a reworked Kanal map which features new paths and stairs alongside improved navigation as well as two new operators. Amaru who is a Peruvian attacker now will be carrying a grappling hook which can be used to quickly breach through windows. Her hook only has four uses and there’s a cooldown timer after she fires it out, so it’s best used for recon or flanking Defenders, not escaping from ambushes. Another character Goyo who is also a Mexican Defender, flaunting a Volcan Shield that both blocks pathways and packs an explosive bomb. Destroying the shield causes it to explode and engulf the floor in flames, dealing heavy damage to any Operator in the immediate area.
