Lucasfilm and ILMxLAB released the trailer of Vader Immortal Episode III, the final episode of the Vadar series. Fans of the first two chapters in the Star Wars VR game series will know this, but you play as a smuggler with your trusty droid ZO-E3 (voiced by Maya Rudolph), who has a very special destiny.
In the first chapter of the game, you get to learn how to use a lightsabre and in the second one you get to learn how to use your force power. In the third chapter, you will have to combine both power to lead a droid army and to stop Vader from doing his evil plans. It’s not clear how much interactivity this part of the story will offer, but it looks interesting. Later in the episode, you’ll be tasked with taking on an Imperial Tie Fighter and even Darth Vader himself.
The first episode was released in May where you were captured by Vader and tasked to bring a rare artifact. The second episode was released in september where Vader taught you the ways to use Force which allowed you to actually secure the item. At that point, Vader betrayed and tried to murder you. The third episode is lined up to release in November 21. You can play episode 3 and the other 2 episodes on Oculus Quest or Rift VR headsets.
