Fortnite recently introduced a Batman crossover to honor the iconic superhero’s 80th anniversary coming up with challenges like ‘Lighting up Bat Signals’ and ‘Diffusing Joker Gas Canisters‘. But it seems Fortnite isn’t the only one excited about Batman getting 80 years old as WB Games Montreal has teased its new game, Batman: Arkham Origins in a cryptic teaser, honoring the 80th anniversary of Batman’s first comic appearance.
The developer released a 30-second video showcasing a flickering Bat-signal which changes over the course of the video, displaying several mysterious symbols. If we are to go by the speculations, it seems to be connected to the Court Of Owls that exists in the Batman universe. What’s even more fascinating is the fact that a WB Games Montreal developer tweeted a picture of him wearing a t-shirt with an owl painted on it, back in November last year.

However, these are just speculations for now but the teaser does seem to carry some really hidden and exciting follow-up to the earlier versions of the game. Moreover, theorist suggests that we can expect Ra’s Al Ghul (aka The Demon’s Head), and the Court of Owls (a secret society who basically run Gotham) to be featured as antagonists in the sequel.
