Microsoft has confirmed that Xbox Live server is going through an outage forcing players to stay logged out for hours. This outage has resulted in Xbox One features to be down. People are witnessing error messages when trying to launch their digital titles. As a player tries to open a game, it quickly closes and flashes a bunch of different error messages from buying/redeeming/downloading content is not working. Also whenever you try to launch a game, you may be seeing the following error message too: 0x97e107df. This error stops the game from loading and shows the fun screen of “Something Happened”.
Furthermore, for many players, the My Games app may be having issues too along with a few TV and video functionalities being affected.

A message on the server status page says:
“Our engineers and developers are actively continuing to work to resolve the issue causing some members to have problems finding previously-purchased content or purchasing new content. Stay tuned, and thanks for your patience.”
