In an attempt to develop and work on 5G (fifth generation) of communicative network and showcase 5G, state-run BSNL has tied up with US tech giant Cisco, reports The Financial Express.
CISCO signed agreements with Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) and NITI Aayog to speed up the collaboration and connectivity. This will be happening 100 Atal incubations centres and to build 5G technology based-use scenarios.
CISCO is all in to collaborate with BSNL
The two companies will work in collaboration to offer the best seamless experience & develop in the field of education, healthcare & agriculture. For all of this to occur first they will first be employing Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Surveillance.
CISCO will also be teaming up with NITI Aayog. Installing video conferencing platforms. Webex Teams and Cisco Webex Board to ensure seamless connectivity and collaboration across all Atal Incubation Centers.
5G to help the unattended first
Atal Innovation Mission is Indian Government’s topmost priority mission to push forward innovation & new upcoming entrepreneurship to successfully boom and add up to the Indian Government’s support and development.
The announcement came after CISCO Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Chuck Robbins met Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday (13 September) during his three-day visit to India.
