Spectra is up to take on the challenge, jumping in the 5G race

Spectra’s Basic broadband plan has been launched in India keeping in the mind the launch of Jio GigaFiber is on way and while it is priced at ₹999, it offers 100 Mbps internet speed and up to 400GB of monthly data (all inclusive in it).

Jio GigaFiber broadband services will be soon launching in India with over 1,100 cities in their coverage as initial roll out. Other broadband services providers are all up in the market to provide somewhere around the same or more.

Companies to put up a competition

Gearing up in all possible manners to make their release around Jio’s launch to put up a tough competition.

Spectra is among one of those company to join the list of such broadband internet providers. It announced the Basic broadband plan which comes with 100 Mbps speeds, carry forward facility and more.

Spectra’s Basic broadband plan is marketed at just ₹999 and is now the 4th plan from the company in India. Spectra has its broadband operations going on in Indian cities such as Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai. The company is also offering 1 Gbps broadband plan in Delhi and Bengaluru circles as of now and plans to expand over time.

Still, a lot to cover!

To keep in mind, Spectra is up to offer the new plan in all circles around in India, except the exclusions of the circles where the company is offering 1Gbps plans.

Spectra’s Basic broadband plan priced at ₹999 comes with 100 Mbps download & upload speeds, 200GB date per month and an option to Carry Forward the remaining data. These are the details provided as of now.

On the plus point, if one ends up exhausting the 200GB FUP limit, they will still be able to access the internet at 1 Mbps download and upload speeds.

Spectra’s Basic broadband plan’s price of ₹999 is exclusive of all taxes. Moreover, if a new user registers for a half-yearly subscription. Spectra’s ₹999 Basic broadband plan will provide them with 400GB of monthly data for the next 6 months. Doesn’t sounds bad for an internet connection.
