Google is working on improving the Google Photos editor UI.

Google Photos is a great service to store your images and stuff. The UI is very simple and easy to understand.

The only thing people may feel is not quite to the mark is the editing options. At this moment you don’t have much to change. You have the in-built effects but when it comes to other options that are where Google photo is lacking.

For now, you only have three sliders to adjust the light, exposure, etc. Just like you see in Snapseed.

The redesigned UI features large buttons with a slider below, which can be used to make fine-tuned adjustments.

This new UI change has been detected by Jane Manchun Wong, who reverse engineer the apps and often gives updates about the features which are in development.

If you still feel photos is not the right place to edit your images, the app allows you to select the app in which you want to edit. The controls are much easier to understand and are more user-friendly.

There is no official statement by Google on this topic and we have no idea how much time till we see this on our devices. All we know is this would be a good update as people love to use apps which are cleaner and easy to use.
