In a high-level meeting of Political Affairs Committee chaired by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday, the AAP party allocated new responsibilities to its members for the forthcoming polls.

Aam Aadmi Party appointed its senior leader Sanjay Singh as in-charge for the upcoming assembly elections in Delhi on Thursday. The Party also appointed its national secretary Pankaj Gupta as the campaign director for the polls.

Announcing the appointments, the party issued a statement that said, “The AAP will contest the Delhi Assembly polls on the basis of the historic performance its elected government, which has changed the face of the national capital and has ensured all-round development.

Previously, the Delhi government led by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announced a number of schemes and welfare measure ahead of Delhi assembly polls.
